Thanksgiving Day in Ladywell

As an international missionary congregation celebrations of different cultures is very important to us as Constitution 56 says:

We are sisters united by our vows in Christ. Called from different nations to serve God and each other in an international community, we rejoice in the richness of our different cultures brought together by his will. For he is our Peace who has made us one and has broken down the dividing wall (Ephesians 2:14). Our unity in diversity bears witness to the saving power of Christ.

As we are blessed to have an American (Sr Mary) amongst us in Ladywell we celebrated THANKSGIVING DAY in style. We enjoyed the full menu of Turkey, Pumpkin Pie and all the trimmings, and this included a beautiful arrangement of fruits and flowers in the front hall.
