La Verna Dementia Care Team gain special recognition award

This lovely plaque is now on proud display in La VernaCongratulations to our La Verna Dementia Care Team on gaining a special recognition award by Surrey Care Association at Epsom Race Course.

This award recognises a team who demonstrates a commitment to developing and delivering high quality care and services for people with dementia. The judges were looking for evidence of the specific skills required to develop, manage and deliver services sensitive to the needs of people with dementia.
