Happy Feast of St Francis

On October 4, we celebrate the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi. St. Francis known as patron of ecology stood for values relevant to our lives today – caring for creation.  May we be guided by the life of St Francis and be a blessing to one another and everyone one whom we encounter each day. Lord, help me to live this day quietly, peacefully. To lean upon your great strength trustfully, restfully. To wait for the unfolding of your will patiently, serenely. To meet others peacefully, joyously. To face tomorrow confidently, courageously. Amen.
