Diamond Jubilee in Ireland – Sr Eileen Byrne

On 17 March 2018, FMDM sisters from various communities in Ireland, Mary Pender (a good friend of Sr Eileen) gathered in the Franciscan Convent, Ballinasloe to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Religious Profession with Sister Eileen.

It was a triple celebration for the sisters in Ireland – Feast of St. Patrick, Eileen’s Diamond Jubilee and Ireland’s victory in the Rugby Grand Slam!
